
PADI Open Water Course
The course consists of three sections:
Knowledge Development
During this session, you will receive a PADI open water e-learning that will help you obtain more understanding about diving theory before we go to the confined water session, and you must complete the knowledge review questions and quick review questions in all sections (Learning on your own) and you will do the final exam with your instructor.
Confine Water Training
This confine training will take conducted in the wonderful shallow bay of Koh Tao or in a swimming pool (depending on the weather). During this confine session, your PADI instructor will teach you how to perform all of the diving skills, including 10 minutes of floating and 200 meters of swimming, followed by a PADI open water cue card to ensure that you meet all skill performance requirements and that you feel confident about diving before continuing to the open water session.
Open Water Training
After you have completed the confined water training and mastered all of the skills, your PADI instructor will take you to four different wonderful dive sites around Koh Tao to complete the PADI open water course with a maximum depth of 18 meters.
All of this section will be taught to you under the direct supervision of our experienced PADI instructor, with a maximum student-to-instructor ratio of 4:1.
After meet the performance requirements of all three sections, you will receive a PADI certification that will allow you to dive anywhere in the world to a maximum depth of 18 meters.

- It is recommended that you do not fly within 18-24 hours after diving.
